CHELMSFORD — After a week of radar detecting, motor vehicle felony demonstrations and police station tours, 40 fifth- and sixth-graders in the Chelmsford Police Department’s Youth Police Academy received a welcome surprise: local hockey champion Jack Eichel, carrying the Stanley Cup.
Just an hour before the kids’ graduation from the program at Chelmsford High School on Friday, Eichel showed up to the gym with the Cup.
