Sal Lupoli Jr. is getting a National Football League-sized opportunity.
The 5-foot-10, 207-pound Chelmsford native has been invited to attend minicamp for the Tennessee Titans. The invite is something Lupoli has been working towards after wrapping up a successful final season at Bentley University.
“It’s a dream come true,” said Lupoli, who just turned 24. “It’s been years of countless dedication and sacrifice. It’s just surreal.”
Lupoli got the call Monday morning from one of Tennessee’s Northeast scouts, expressing an interest in seeing him attend minicamp, which runs May 9-11.
