Wings Initiative takes flight

CHELMSFORD — Instead of asking for new clothes for the holidays, some high schoolers gave theirs away.
The Wings Initiative — started at Phillips Academy in Andover last year — encourages teenagers to practice sustainability by donating their clothing to those in need.
