Who is eligible to participate in the Chelmsford Public Schools Employee Benefit Program?
The Chelmsford Public School’s health plans and benefit options are applicable to personnel who are permanent full-time employees and permanent part-time employees working a regularly scheduled work week of at least 20 hours per week and participate in a public retirement system. Employees who work less than the hours required per week are not eligible for health benefits, flexible spending or tax-sheltered annuities.
To enroll in benefits, complete Benefit Accept/Decline form and applicable forms and provide them to the CPS Office of Human Resources.
