The Sun: Chelmsford’s Dan Curran named head football coach at Holy Cross

WORCESTER — Former Chelmsford High star and longtime Chelmsford resident Dan Curran has been named the head football coach at Holy Cross.
Holy Cross Associate Vice President for Athletics Kit Hughes made the announcement Friday.
Curran won 53 games over the past 11 seasons as the head coach of Merrimack College, ending his tenure at the North Andover school as the program’s winningest coach. He also guided the program through its transition to Division 1.
