Chelmsford High School Theatre Guild Advances to Semifinal Round of METG Festival
CHELMSFORD, MA – We are pleased to announce that once again, our Chelmsford High Theatre Guild has been selected to advance to the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild (METG) State Finals One Act Competition.
This year’s production, An Dreolin, is an original piece by Eloise Hoffman.
The CHS Theatre Guild received the following awards at the Preliminary Round of the competition:
- Allison Dorsey – Acting Award
- Emma DeWitt – Acting Award
- Connor Quirbach – Acting Award
- Music arrangement and performance award – Nathan Morrissey , Krystal Qiao and Chase Boles
- Set Design Award – Gayuthri Manthra
- Projection Award – Kristina Reynolds
- The David Dooley award – Dan Sylvia and Emma LaCava
The semi-finals will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2020. If you would like to catch the show prior to the semi-finals, you are welcome to attend the open dress rehearsal on Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Carl J. Rondina Performing Arts Center at CHS.
