To help prevent cybersecurity issues, Chelmsford Public Schools will no longer provide staff directory information online in the same manner it has in the past. We are currently working to conceive and integrate a new system. In the meantime, please see below for ways to contact your child’s teacher(s). You can also call the school using the general phone numbers below for assistance.
In the X2 Student and Family portals, you can easily send email directly to your or your student’s teachers.
To send an email to your or your student’s teacher(s), do one of the following:
- Log on to the Family portal.
- Log on to the Student portal.
Click the Academics tab.
Note: If you are a parent or guardian using the Family portal and you have multiple students, first you need to select the student whose teacher you want to contact.
On the Options menu, click Send Email. The Mass Email pop-up shows the email addresses for all your student’s teachers in the To box.
